The couple's story began at Texas Christian University, making Fort Worth a particularly special place to exchange vows. Nearly a decade after meeting, they returned to the city where their love story began for a beautiful Catholic wedding ceremony at St. Patrick Cathedral, followed by an elegant reception at The Fort Worth Club.
The design embraced the warmth and energy of a late-summer sunset, with romantic shades of pink, coral, yellow, and soft greenery creating a vibrant yet sophisticated atmosphere. Lush floral arrangements, delicate pastel green accents, personalized stationery, and thoughtfully curated details brought the couple's vision to life.
The celebration was filled with meaningful touches. A custom watercolor illustration of St. Patrick Cathedral appeared throughout the wedding stationery, while personalized matchbooks featuring the couple's beloved dog, Hattie, added a playful element. Family heirlooms, sentimental bridal accessories, and traditions woven throughout the day made the occasion especially personal.
Following their cathedral ceremony, guests gathered at The Fort Worth Club for cocktails overlooking downtown Fort Worth before enjoying a beautifully designed reception. Grand floral centerpieces, romantic candlelight, pastel green linens, and a distinctive green-and-white checkered dance floor transformed the historic venue into a festive setting for dinner and dancing.
